Cancellation Policy
RAIDY DAYS: IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER, THE CLIENT WILL BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO RESCHEDULE THE DAY PRIOR OR MORNING OF THE EVENT. A CLIENT MAY RESCHEDULE A PICNIC WITHIN A 2 MONTH PERIOD. DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE! RESCHEDULING IF YOU WISH TO RESCHEDULE DUE TO OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES, WE WILL REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS NOTICE. DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE! EMERGENCY DAY OF CANCELATIONS: IN THE CASE CLIENT CANNOT MAKE IT OR NEEDS TO LEAVE EARLIER. ONCE THE PICNIC IS SET UP AND READY THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!
