  • At Picnics by the Sun SWFL, we are committed to delivering a refined and unforgettable luxury picnic experience. The following Terms & Conditions ensure a seamless and elevated service for all clients.

By securing a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT

​

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve and secure your desired date and time.

  • Reservations are not confirmed until the retainer has been received.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 1 hour prior to your scheduled picnic start time.

  • For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • We accept payment via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo and Credit Card for your convenience.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

​

  • At Picnics by the Sun SWFL, we take great care in planning and preparing each experience. For this reason, we do not offer cancellations once a booking has been confirmed.

  • We are pleased to offer rescheduling within 90 days of the original event date, subject to availability on our calendar.

  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 2 days prior to the scheduled picnic date.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 2 days of the event may not be accommodated due to advance preparations, including perishable items such as charcuterie and customized elements.

Weather Considerations

  • In the case of inclement weather, we will remain in close communication with you to determine whether rescheduling is necessary.

  • Weather-related rescheduling may be made with more flexibility and will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible experience.

EQUIPMENT & CARE

​

  • All décor, furnishings, and picnic equipment provided remain the exclusive property of Picnics by the Sun SWFL.

  • We kindly ask that all items be treated with care and returned in their original condition.

  • Any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning required will be charged accordingly.
