TERMS & CONDITIONS

At Picnics by the Sun SWFL, we are committed to delivering a refined and unforgettable luxury picnic experience. The following Terms & Conditions ensure a seamless and elevated service for all clients.

By securing a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve and secure your desired date and time.
Reservations are not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 1 hour prior to your scheduled picnic start time.
For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept payment via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo and Credit Card for your convenience.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

At Picnics by the Sun SWFL, we take great care in planning and preparing each experience. For this reason, we do not offer cancellations once a booking has been confirmed.
We are pleased to offer rescheduling within 90 days of the original event date, subject to availability on our calendar.
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 2 days prior to the scheduled picnic date.
Rescheduling requests made within 2 days of the event may not be accommodated due to advance preparations, including perishable items such as charcuterie and customized elements.

Weather Considerations

In the case of inclement weather, we will remain in close communication with you to determine whether rescheduling is necessary.
Weather-related rescheduling may be made with more flexibility and will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible experience.

EQUIPMENT & CARE

All décor, furnishings, and picnic equipment provided remain the exclusive property of Picnics by the Sun SWFL.
We kindly ask that all items be treated with care and returned in their original condition.
Any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning required will be charged accordingly.
