Cancellation Policy
RAIDY DAYS: IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER, THE CLIENT WILL BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO RESCHEDULE THE DAY PRIOR OR MORNING OF THE EVENT. A CLIENT MAY RESCHEDULE A PICNIC WITHIN A 2 MONTH PERIOD. DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE! RESCHEDULING IF YOU WISH TO RESCHEDULE DUE TO OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES, WE WILL REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS NOTICE. DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE! EMERGENCY DAY OF CANCELATIONS: IN THE CASE CLIENT CANNOT MAKE IT OR NEEDS TO LEAVE EARLIER. ONCE THE PICNIC IS SET UP AND READY THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY CANCELATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 4 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT START TIME. REFUND NOT REFUNDABLE, MUST RESCHEDULE.
